Is anyone familiar with the condos in Fairwood in Bowie, MD (12800 Libertys Delight Dr). What is a fair price?

Hello! I would be happy to run a market analysis for you on these condos. This analysis will include a list of recently sold and active condos on that street. With this, it is easy to determine an average selling price for the condos based on its features, (amount of bedrooms, bath, condo level, etc.).
