II am really sorry for your circumstances. Regrettably, I doubt that your story is the only one. Where is you personal responsibility in you situation. You sound like a very educated person why did you not do your research? Would you turn in you paper without research? So why so flippant with arguably the biggest investment in your life.
Let’s remember if you would not have been qualified for your loan would you have been in this mess today? Did you have 20% of your hard earned money in this deal? If you would have been required to, I would imaging that you would have done more of your homework up front instead of at the back end and found a qualified respected Realtor that was not in busness for the short term. Maybe you should take your experiences and be an advocate for responsible agents. How about becoming one your self and set the example for others. I have known many successful entrepreneurs that have built successful businesses from experiences like yours.

Lets keep in mind that todays drop. Had more to do with the global market domino effect of our struggles from last week. The jury is still out on our new investment. But i do think your plan is sound. A lease purchase may also be someting to consider. Mosty ask a good realtor you will find many in your area on this site. Reviw your goals with them and listen to suggestions. Because markets are very localized. So there may be great investments in your area.

If you are feeling over whelmed with the sheer size of Seven Hills. You should look into a new subdivision just down the street. Edenwood is located between Seven Hills and Bentwater. Just down Harmony Grove Church Rd. I believe it is also a master planned community with very nice sized amenities that you cannot get lost in. Wonderful builders and the same great schools. Thank you for your feed back it is much appreceated. I looked for the Sembler Project. did you mean the Brookhaven one? I could not find one closer than that one. It will be amazing. I feel that our project is very unique and location and price point is our strong points. You can walk next door to the Whole Foods. I am really intrested about the things that you dont see driving around. Like feeling of the community from people that live and work there.
