Charlie Arthur, CCIM, ABR answered:
Legally there is no answer for this. Just keep in mind that an agent is trying to make a living, and that regardless of what the internet tells you, a good agent is worth every penny. Also, if an agent is willing to negotiate their paycheck down at the drop of a hat, how good will they be at negotiating your deal? - Fri Jun 20 2008, 11:19
Charlie Arthur, CCIM, ABR answered:
If you are preapproved with a lender, have good credit, 20% down and a willing and able seller, a deal should take from 30-45 days from start to finish in our area. - Fri Jun 20 2008, 11:13
Charlie Arthur, CCIM, ABR answered:
No. With the internet and the laws of agency that agents have to abide by, they must show your house to a prospective buyer no matter what the commission is. Right now, in our market it is ONLY price that is keeping things from selling. - Fri Jun 20 2008, 11:12
