About Me
BRIDGING KNOWLEDGE WITH SUCCESS

Today, more than ever, the trust you develop with your realtor is essential to achieving success! Technology has changed the way real estate is sold. Combining the benefits of technology with solid experience equals results. My 23 years experience representing sellers of residential properties, condominium communities and investors is available for those who choose to work together with me as their realtor.

I have purchased and sold my own properties since 1975 and have a 23 year history of listing and selling residential and commercial real estate. Always seeking to increase my knowledge base, I have represented sellers who were in Chapter 11, negotiated financing and consulted for a commercial appraisal firm. This gives me the experience and insight to foresee problems and develop effective solutions to achieve success for my real estate clients. A previous career working for a real estate attorney and an escrow company rounds out my knowledge base for and assures a smooth closing once your property is sold.

Finally, my intention is to create sustainable communities through making better educated choices in order to leave a brighter future for our children. To that extent I am proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Homebuilders and Built Green who are working together to create affordable housing and healthier communities.

If we choose to work together, you may be assured that my knowledge of the many phases of the real estate industry are 100% at your disposal to achieve your intended results.

Jolene Anderson answered:
The best way to see the city is to take a ride on the new Seattle Streetcar (South Lake Union Transit) and hop off at the Lake Union stop for a walk to the South Lake Union park across the footbridge. Watch seaplanes take off and catch the flavor of our jewel in the city. From there it is less than 10 minutes to Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill and a visit to a crown jewel of our city, The Volunteer Park Conservatory (one of less than a dozen conservatories in the US and recently celebrating its 100th birthday. For more information visit http://www.friendsoftheconservatory.org. Stop in next door at the Seattle Asian Art Museum and enjoy tea in the Museum.

A visit to Seattle wouldn't be complete without a seafood dinner at Palisades Restaurant overlooking the Elliott Bay Marina with a gorgeous view of the city Skyline. - Mon Oct 13 2008, 21:39

Jolene Anderson answered:
A proactive listing agent who is familiar with your market area is your best source of advice.
They can provide you with a survey of the homes that are active, pending and sold in your market
area that compare to your home in location, street appeal, sq footage, age, etc.

Average market time even in the same city can often vary dramatically according to price range, zip code, quality, etc.

A professional realtor provides you with information from brokers who are previewing and showing and is your best source of accurate information.

If you are getting lots of showings and there are still no offers there must be a reason why buyers have not made an offer. Ask your realtor for honest feedback.

Price moves properties in any market. - Mon Jul 21 2008, 08:16
