Also you had said that the agent on the MLS# 6062656 was going to measure the master bed room and bath and get the dimensions to you. Was that going to still happen? Hi Larry
I spoke with the agent this morning and this home is supposed to close on the 20th of this month. Ethically he could not tell me the price, will have to wait till it closes. If you will send me your email address I will email you as soon as it closes. - Mon Nov 10 2008, 10:08

You are moving to the right place! Eugene is so diversified. If you send your search criteria (price, bedrooms, bathrooms etc) I can do a search for you and email you the results. There are quite a few homes on the market right now that need anything from cosmetics to a major fixer. One thing you might want to consider on fixers is; Will it finance? The answer to your question is Ferry Street Bridge and North Gilliam neighborhoods. I am not sure but I think you might be able to live in a different neighborhood and have your daughter go to Sheldon. There are some older established neighborhoods in the Ferry Street Bridge area. Good question! A lot of factors would be involved in the resale such as location, condition of the home, neighbors, heat source, curb appeal etc. and the number one, price. Currently there are 19, 2bed and 86 3 bed homes for sale (under 400k) in the 97405 zip code. In the last 6 months there has been 16 2 bed homes versus 100 3 bed homes sold.
average days on market 2bed-49 days
average days on market 3bed-59 days
