What's in a Standard Builders Warranty? I'll pay cash for condo conversion, do I need title insurance?

Check out the local requirements with the contractors board. In Oregon condo conversions are not considered new construction and therefore carry no warranty. We've had a number of law suits and skyrocking HOA dues in this area do to faulty construction on condo conversions in the last few years.
