Phillipa Criswell

Few can match Phillipa's depth of experience and expertise in the buying and selling of real estate. Her clients attest to her integrity, commitment and knowledge of their needs. While working as an emergency room charge nurse in the 1970's and 1980's in Marin and San Francisco, Phillipa's real estate skills were honed in her off duty hours. She built her first home in Belvedere in 1975..., and property management soon followed.

Insightful observations from her professional and personal background give Phillipa a keen awareness of situations, allowing her to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems, prior to the commencement of negotiations or signing of any contract. Always well prepared, Phillipa's focus from the moment she meets with a client, and throughout the buy/sell process, is: "is this in my client's best interest?".

Phillipa's longtime involvement in clubs, and volunteer activities in various local organizations, give her an extremely broad network of friends and social acquaintances. Being well connected in her personal and professional life brings Phillipa a decided edge. Good communication skills in these areas have proven to be an important key in her successful real estate career.

Phillipa lives in Tiburon and in her spare time looks forward to spending time with her two daughters who live in Manhattan and San Francisco. She also nurtures her lifelong interest in the visual and performing arts by volunteering with The Children's Theatre Association of San Francisco. Playing tennis at the Belvedere Tennis Club, and being a member of the Community Council for The Institute of Health and Healing at California Pacific Medical Center, round out her leisure time activities.
