Born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area, this market is my home. Transitioning into real estate three years ago after 15 years in the local television industry (as a cameraman for the station KTVU located in Oakland) I know the East Bay area very well. I've developed strong skills in the area of development, particularly renovations and condo conversions. Contact me with any of your real estate questions or ideas and I'll do my best to be of service!

Hi Bogash,
Please call me at your conveinience to discuss your goals. I already have some properties in mind that will fit your criteria. But I need to know more to give you specific details...such as your preferences for neighborhoods, size (squarefootage), parking, etc...Benjamin - Wed Jul 9 2008, 13:52
As a means of strategy, Buyers will make offers with little or none when it comes to contingency periods. My first reaction was:
Absolutely not, especially if its an older building with issues. Even new construction should not be sold w/o 7 days of inspection period.
But again, if the deal is in strong favor of the Buyer, regardless of condition, then sure. If your client can close, is aware of the risk and accepts it and wants the prop that bad, then go for it! - Wed Jul 9 2008, 13:38
