Janie, Home Buyer in Scottsdale

We are considering bidding on a house. it will be a short sale. I know the original loan amount. Any input?

No specific answers as the final bank price is determined by the "negotiator" for the bank and if there is a first and a second loan with different lenders - you'll never get a firm answer.

If you get lucky, expect to pay 70% of the appraisal price..

Everyone has something they want to marketv- I do too - but first, what area works for you? Work location, activities, scholls, family? Tell me what areas are a fit and let me find you something in your price range.......... furnished or unfurnished? pets??? children and rooms needed?

I hope you are looking for a home in the best school district, with acre properties, and amazing location in Happy Valley Ranch area. This is in North Scottsdale area and witrhin the Pinnacle Peak area. We are located in the Paradise Valley School district (look at ratings of Pinnacle High School, Pinnacle Elementary, or Desert Trail Middle School - best in the state of AZ)........search for home using terms like
happy valley ranch, pinnacle peak, luxury homes, and you will find somegreat web sites to explore......

I've lived in HVR since 1990 and raised three children aas well bee a realtor here since 1992......

I live in an area called Happy Valley Ranch in the Pinnacle Peak area of north Scottsdale; renowned for location and proximity to hospitals (Mayo and Scottsdale Healthcare), Restaurants, Grocery Stores, and shopping - and a 30 minuite drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and all Phoenix Sports............

We are within the Paradise Valley Unified Schools - with Elmentary, Middle, nd high schools rated as OUTSTANDING! All homes are on at least an acre of property and many have no Homeowners Assoc.
