I originally became licensed in real estate back in 1996. I practiced for several years, with my specialty being new home construction. I took a few years off to have kids, and am now back in the game.
Good communication with my clients is a huge priority for me. Buying or selling a house is a huge undertaking, and when you know what is going on, it's a lot better experience for all involved.
I pride myself on being honest, open, and friendly.

Right above the picture on the top right side, it shows that there have been 17 views to that property (at least, when I clicked just now, there was 17 hits).
When I have a listing on Trulia, I also get a weekly email with statistics on how many views my property has gotten in the last week.

If I were you, I would contact Trulia's customer service at this email address: customerservice@trulia.com
I will say that I have had some trouble with my listings here. Even though I give the correct information, it will sometimes have the balloon in the middle of the road or the wrong house. It can be a bit buggy at times.
Sorry that your house is pinpointed as being for sale.
If I had the power, I'd fix it for you, but, sadly, I don't.

I looked up the MLS listing for you. On the picture of the office, it has in parenthesis that it can also be used as a bedroom, so my guess is that they have one of the bedrooms set up as an office. It also appears to have a formal dining room, but it's difficult to tell for sure from the pictures.
I would suggest you contact the listing agent. Or, if you are feeling shy, you are welcome to email me, and I'd be happy to contact her for you. I love representing buyers and finding the perfect house for them.
Best of luck in your home search!

That is terrible to hear that your realtor is being so unprofessional. If you feel comfortable with it, or are interested in salvaging the relationship, I would contact the realtor one last time. If not, I would contact the branch broker and complain. He/she will probably be anxious to help you out. They may want to reassign the remainder of the contract to a different agent. Interview the replacement agent and make sure they're a good fit.
It's especially painful to me because I think communication with clients is so critically important in this field. If you need help figuring out who the broker is, or you want further advice, feel free to contact me.
I hope you can get a better agent soon, and that you get your house sold quickly. - Mon Jul 28 2008, 10:35
Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, gardening, and photography. I also love to go camping.
