Hello, my name is Nancy Hagarty. The first time I drove over the long bridge, I knew I would never leave. This area is a wonderful place to live. There are so many things to do in the area. My favorite is hiking, there are so many great places to see and not far to go. We also have golf, boating, fishing, lakes and streams to enjoy nature at its best. Ask your agent to show you what they are doing to sell your home. Ask for copies of all advertisements. It takes agents up to a month to get in some of the real estate books. Have your agent show you the comps on your home. Make sure your priced right. Go online and see how your house is being offered. You could let agents in the area know about your sub-division and offer them a commission. Most agent will not advertize your property unless you are willing to list with them. They can gauranteed they will be paid without a contract. So it is hard to go promote a property and then create interest without knowing you will get paid.
