hire an agent to list it. - Sat Nov 8 2008, 22:21
I believe they get data from MLS sources and from county assesor records. This is exactly why I tell sellers that they need a Realtor to help with arriving at a price instead of relying on the internet for a valuation. Trulia is an outstanding Real Estate Website but with millions of homes across the USA, they are bound to get a few errors in the records. - Wed Oct 22 2008, 09:34
I believe that Trulia extracts its data from county records. This is a common mistake, is there a reason that this mistake is so important to you? if it is, you may want to relay this to the trulia staff. I believe that there is a "contact us" link somewhere on the site.
Thanks for pointing this out. - Sat Oct 18 2008, 23:31
Donna,
Brian is correct beow, mobile homes are not Real Estate and are handled very different than a "house". I believe that you are not going to be able to force the sale of the mobile. They probably dont have the additional money to pay off the lein and will not be able to complete the transaction.
As far as your "down" it is all relative to what the written agreement states regarding that money. I suggest that if you cant get the money back you should seek legal advice. - Thu Oct 16 2008, 11:12
