Laminated wood vs. Ceramic Tile.....

I installed wood laminate in my home. It does not hold up well at all. You would have to replace it as often as carpet because you can't refinish it when it gets messed up and it gets messed up very easily. I would go with ceramic. It will last MUCH longer. - Mon Jul 14 2008, 08:48

You need to either do a for rent by owner and list it in the paper and put a sign in your yard or contact a real estate company to list it for you.
