Before choosing a Broker I interviewed with quite a few in my area. All brokers seemed to be good and professionals. The one I chose is based on reputation and long established presence in the local market.
Organization Values and Work Environment.
Supportive staff and management
Strong training and ongoing education. Knowledge is Power.
