I'm a Realtor with the #1 Real Estate Company in the Gulf South. Latter & Blum, Inc.
I am a New Orleans native, born and raised in the local area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered on school, church and athletics. I have watched our area grow (up until Katrina) and now the area is back on way to becoming a better place. I am raising my family here, which gives me and in turn you an advantage in this volatile market! I am an agent in the #1 Independently Owned Real Estate Company in the Deep South. Latter & Blum, Inc.
As a graduate of the Donaldson Real Estate School and a recipient of specialized real estate training, I have an understanding of what it takes to market and sell your home, or to position yourself to find a place to call your own. I have expertise in First Time Home Buyers, Condos, Estates, French Quarter properties, Historical properties, HUD Owned properties, Investment properties, New Homes, Relocation, Rentals, Shotguns and Sellers.

If your interested please give me call on my cell @ (504)723-3273 or email me @ awalker@latterblum.com. Goodluck with your move. - Fri Aug 8 2008, 02:07
Just ask the owner finance home sale. Put a offer in on the property and make the terms similar to a bank financing the deal. I'm sure the owner would be glad to take 90k for a down payment and finance the rest of the deal until your credit gets better. If you have any questions about this method please feel free to contact me.
P.S. If anyone says they can fix your credit for a fee RUN for the hills. - Mon Aug 4 2008, 11:38
Offer 150 and see where the chips land. - Mon Jul 28 2008, 16:02
If you have a buyer agent he should be working to get the best price for the property. If the neighborhood is a $100 sqft nieghborhood I wouldn't give $123 sqft price for anything... New Construction, New Renovations... New Construction isn't an issue. The market has already determined what the neighborhood is worth. So why would you pay more.
Also... If you bought this new construction home and had to sell it immediately (due to personal reasons) Do you think someone else would pay $23sqft for the same house. - Tue Jul 22 2008, 12:46
