It is not so much about finding the house...it is finding, negotiating a price, terms and conditions, and actually being able to get a loan, insurance and more to actually close in a timely manner. - Yesterday, 20:02
There are 100's in New Orleans to restore...and the weather is a little milder than Denver this time of year - Yesterday, 19:58
Lisa,
You still looking?
There are some good deals in and around these condo's. What would help you decide is if you base your wants on your needs/lifestyle....such as how many rooms you want, proximity to work/school/Mardi Gras parades, etc. Then back up these needs and wants into a price range.
Be more concerned with the place than just $ per SF.....it should be the amount of usable $ per sf for you....no one else...for there are other needs such as off street parking, safety, washer/dryer hookups, etc.
Email me some specifics and I can find you that special place and folks that can provide the best financing. By the way, lookout at the condo fees especially with some of these on St Charles, and note that alot of mortgage companies will be requiring 15% down instead of 10% down starting early next year. - Fri Nov 14 2008, 12:18
email me for more info...I have a few brokers that can work all the options available. The only way you are going to get a real idea is to have a specific property in mind.
Ignore people who do not do real estate everyday....there are alternatives all depending on the specifics....take nothing for granted. - Wed Nov 12 2008, 19:28
google the address, and look at a birds eye view...that way you can look at the actual house and street view - Mon Nov 10 2008, 10:12
