I am a NY transplant currently living in Kenosha, WI. Been a Kenoshan for almost 12 years now and love this small town /big city atmosphere. I am married with two girls ages 13 and 10 and they are my reasons why I went into Real estate. I love the fact that I can work my business around their schedules. Since your home is listed with a Realtor in Kenosha, There is not a whole lot of advice another Realtor can give you especially another one in Kenosha.. I hope your issues have been worked out since this posting.. - Fri Nov 7 2008, 15:50

I would agree with Amanda plus why put off selling when there will be more inventory in the Spring that you will be competing with? Taking the wall out between the kitchen and the front room is not going to make the bedrooms larger..So, keep your money in your pocket and advertise the "cuteness of the home" - Good Luck! - Fri Oct 24 2008, 09:47

I totally agree! Why build when you can buy! Tons of builder models/specs out there! as well as foreclosures..You will be able to snatch up a good deal - Just find a Realtor, and let her/him go to work for you..Good Luck! - Sat Oct 18 2008, 16:53
