who is the top sales agent in Mishawaka, In?

Susan answered:
I would look for a REALTOR that has the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute). The CRS designation indicates that the REALTOR has the Advanced Education and actual sales experience to secure the designation. The GRI designation is obtained by completing three successive modules of multiple classes. I am in the real estate business and would look for these attributes in addition to sales history to select the one to represent me if I purchased elsewhere. It's often a person's single largest investment. I'd want to know that they have the knowledge and experience to best represent me. There is a website that will display all CRS designees within a desired market area. (www.crs.com) - Mon May 5 2008, 20:46

about foreclosure

Susan answered:
Scottie--I would also encourage you to contact a Certified Residential Specialist in your area and ask them to provide you information. They are REALTORS that have the advanced education and sales experience. They will also know of some reputable mortgage providers that can provide options to you. There is the opportunity for some homeowners to secure FHA loans as an alternative method of financing. Often times in this area, owners will just vacate without researching available options. There is sometimes equity in the home so that the owner could have sold the house to keep from a foreclosure and retained a better credit score. Check out your options early in the process with knowledgeable professionals. There are two websites that provide lists of CRS designees in your desired area: www.CRS.com orhttp:// www.IndianaCRS.com. I'm in the business and those are the avenues that I would take to learn of the options that might be available. Good luck! - Tue Apr 8 2008, 09:36
Hi Scottie--It sounds as though you purchased a home in Sept. 2007 and are concerned about possible foreclosure currently. If this is the case, it would probably be best for you to consult with a couple of professionals that are specialists in residential real estate. There is a website that is available that provides some information to assist those that may be experiencing financial difficulties to assist in alternatives. It seems that it is best to research as early as possible. http://www.877gethope.org/ - Tue Apr 8 2008, 09:26
