About Me
I am the Broker/Owner of an Independent, medium-sized, Residential Real Estate Company serving 12 counties in Central Indiana including Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, Zionsville, Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Avon, Greenwood, Greenfield and the Geist Lake areas. We offer reduced fee services as well as refunds (or rebates) on commission fees depending upon the services that you select. Our services include Full Service, Modified Service, For Sale By Owner and Flat Fee Plus. We do not have high overhead or franchise fees or other such exhorbitant fees to cover and can operate rather profitably offering reduced fee services to our clients and customer.

When Is The "Right" Time To Buy??

The right time to buy is NOW. Prices are down, probably at the bottom. Mortgage rates are great for those with credit. When the market recovers in several months, prices will increase rapidly ... most reported data runs about 60 days after the fact ... too late to take advantage of the news. - Thu Jul 17 2008, 11:18

I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1973. I was associated with the then #6 brokerage in Central Indiana and assisted it's growth to become the #3 brokerage. In 1988, I formed one of the first truly successful Reduced Fee Brokerages in Indiana. The company continues to run on the belief that there are people out there who are looking for honest real estate agents with qualified experience in the field. We are not into dog and pony shows or franchises or smoke and mirrors or what have you. Just the facts ... we know the market ... we shoot from the hip with the facts. You like our approach or you don't. We are starting Consecutive Year 21 of saving our Seller and Buyer Clients and Customers considerable dollars in the marketing, sale and purchase of real estate.

Banking Technology: Developed the first direct payroll deposit system in the U.S. in conjuction with my counterpart at Allison Engineering in Speedway, Indiana. Developed the first direct bill payment system in the U.S. with my counterpart at the Indianapolis Citizens Gas. Developed the first multi-funciton signature card system in the U.S. with my counterpart at Moore Business Forms (they secured a patent). Personally developed a Banking Forms Design and Production System that was used by Merchants Bank (now National City) for over 20 years.

Real Estate Technology: One of three team members who developed the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors computerized MLS System in late 1970's, early 1980's ... resulting in the development of the premier MLS system in the entire United States. Personally worked with NAR on the development of the original small to medium sized Board MLS System for distribution throughout the United States. Developed the first successful Reduced Fee, Multiple Services Option or Choices Real Estate Listing System in Central Indiana. Was an early pioneer in Web Based Marketing Systems for real estate marketing on a local, state and national stage. Developed proprietary New Client/Customer (Seller and Buyer), Expired Listing and For Sale By Owner database development and solicitation programs.
