JD you can cancell agreement,If you feel they havent used all the tools,Open house,flyers,assoc tour etc...I mean if they are doing all these things and more,plus giving you feedback on price etc... then thats an option.

This is incase AJ has 3-4 people in family,a condo w/basemt would be less $ then a house.I'd be leery of someone,not knowing condo's and the area in ? and why I 'm referring to a basemt.See what you started AJ :-)

If you need dublin schools it seems,there are probably more condo's then homes.I know of some condo's. It sounds like you need a condo to have a basement.Depending on what your rent is now, etc...Ok AJ

Jg I could give you a couple of lenders to talk to.Then you know if you can buy or you have to wait 6months etc... but I would not recomment 1 yr lease,Most of time you can be on a month to month w/o lease.Keep me posted.
