The schools most requested in the Columbus area are Upper Arlington & Grandview (my office location) , Scioto, Powell, Westerville, Worthington, Dublin; not in any particular order.

Fact: 80% of buyers begin their search online. Fact: I have more web presence than my competitors. Columbus offers all that modern citizens have been falling in love with: Downtown nightlife and cleanliness, historic neighborhoods, an awesome variety of very good school districts and private facilities, OSU sports events and university, new construction, NHL Hockey, semi-pro football and baseball, and major investments from major corporations (Limited, Nationwide, Wendy's, Chase to name a few) who's main office resides here, a booming service industry, diversity and city planning has been great for years. Yet, you can still own a great property for under $250,000 or condo for much less! Columbus is the best thing between New York & Chicago. I have done very well getting buyers into homes with little out of pocket expenses.
I am honest with home sellers, which allows us to work as a team under researched local market conditions. Nobody has a magic wond in real estate. It is up to me to use my education and experience to navigate the industry to make well informed decissions about what is best for my client.
The more I educate my sellers, the more they will appreciate the experience, rather than feel lost in the shuffle of some agent with 50 listings or even all out cheeted.
