The Victorian Village Short-North area is one of the hottest in the Columbus market. There are lots of choices in all price ranges (except cheap or what a lot of buyers would consider affordable) Columbus is a bit unusual in that our downtown is ringed with a number of very liveable and historic neighborhoods. (There are at least 18!) Go tohttp://
http://www.chncolumbus.org for a more complete list of neighborhoods. It also has links to many of the neighborhood sites as well. There are some great neighborhoods immediately adjeacant to VV, like Harrison West, Italian Village and Dennison Park Pace. If you are thinking "condo" then don't rule out downtown!! There are some really great deals downtown. By all means connect with a well informed Realtor to help you assess your best options based on your needs. Columbus is a great city (15th largest and one of the few actually growing in Ohio) there is certain to be an ideal place for you too!!
