You can never know what a bank will take, just as Joe Hayden indicated earlier. I personally assist buyers with the purchase of REO's and I have seen purchases made at less than 75% there current value and then seen banks hold their properties at value. It appears you have done your research by yourself and if this is what your willing to give then Let the bank know your serious by getting the financials in order before submitting and go for it. As always, its a good idea to have a Kentucky Licensed Real Estate Agent to protect your interest in any real estate transaction. - Tue Jun 24 2008, 07:59
