Wow. Buyer agency is something that should be discussed up front and a customer should be asked to sign the buyer agency agreement no later than a second meeting. I always give my clients a copy of everything they sign - look thru your paperwork to see what documents you signed. Usually agency agreements are for a specific period of time - in our case six months. Talk with the realtor - she needs to know what your concerns are. Depending on the amount of space you want for the home and the amount of money you want to invest, we have several options in Meade County at this time (June 2008). If you are still looking and wish to provide more information I will be happy to do more research. FYI, we have a home (8,000 sf) with 25 acres for 1.2 million and then we have smaller farms/acreage with or without a home.
