I have been around real estate for about 10 years. My borker has about 30 years in real estate, as has the assistant broker. I have 2 brother-in-laws in the business. If I have any questions, I have a vast amount of experience from whom I can get answers.

Did this property sell or does it have a contract on it?

in checking, it appears that if you are asking about 6842 fox den, it does have a contract pending. which went in effect on 11/7/2008. Now if you would like to submit an offer to see if the owners would consider it as a backup contract, I would be glad to work with you on it. I assume you do know that this is a reposessed home. Has anyone purchase a home using the USDA loan. If so how did it work for you

I am a real estate agent in the Memphis and Tipton county area. I enjoy looking for a home for buyers that are qualified for USDA loans. That means I can check for a higher value home for you because you are looking for a home that is in the unincorporated area. That means you are only paying county taxes, and no city taxes. Your home choice could be 5-10,000 more value and you would still be paying the same amount as if you used an FHA loan for example. I notice the other people have not even mentioned the possibilities of going to the Tipton County schools. I would suggest starting with a mortgage company to see where you stand on being able to purchase a home. Remember, when you rent, you are increasing someone elses escrow. I have several Mortgage companies listed on my web page. I put several on there so that you can be the one to deside who you will use. If you don't like the way one of them talks to you, then you still have other choices. Most real estate agents won't work with you until you are pre-qualified. That way we don't show you a home that you love, but isn't in your range. I can not answer the question about your not being able to secure refinancing, but if you go to my webpage, I have several mortgage companies listed there. Getting a mortgage is somewhat like buying a car. shop with several, to see who will provide the BEST offer.
