I would suggest starting with a mortgage company to see where you stand on being able to purchase a home. Remember, when you rent, you are increasing someone elses escrow. I have several Mortgage companies listed on my web page. I put several on there so that you can be the one to deside who you will use. If you don't like the way one of them talks to you, then you still have other choices. Most real estate agents won't work with you until you are pre-qualified. That way we don't show you a home that you love, but isn't in your range. Please check on
http://www.NealMasters.com . then check under local resources for the mortgage companies.
