I have been a realtor for four years. Loving being a realtor means loving your work and people by helping others who have a disire to own real estate. Must of us have the disire to in our hearts, minds, and souls. Letting me help you make that dream come true is what I really enjoy about my job a realtor.
Trish,
This is sometimes a long process like the others have said. I do think you should continue to trust your agent to help you work through the process.
Though you may be seeing the listing on serveral sites it may be under contract and have not closed yet. You could call the agents office to find out if it is indeed under contract or available since your are having a hard time finding out from the agent. - Fri Nov 7 2008, 13:59

I would make this the condition of giving her the listing. She is getting paid in the end to work for you. This is a part of marketing your property to give it more exsposure to the public thats wanting to purchase a home. - Wed Jul 9 2008, 10:12
Open house on Sunday afternoon is a great time to hold an open house. There are many families who get out an ride around on Sunday afternoon. This would be a great time for a family to see your home if they are thinking of purchasing a home in your neighborhood soon. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 20:56
