Has the Florida Real estate market in Citrus County stabilized or is it still dropping?

Hi Carol,
If a home is priced right on the market the average days on market are between 4 to 6 months. When trying to make a decision on when is the right time to move, you have a lot to look at. The 2 main things are as you are doing now ,#1 What is the market like where I am going? but also look at #2 What is the market like where I'm comming from?. Correct me if I am wrong, but Seattle is in a Sellers market now. This would make an ideal situation for you to purchase here now or in the near future because we are in a definate Buyers market. Please list communities in Citrus Springs on public sewer, but without mandatory club fees.

Citrus Springs in general has no mandatory club fees. As far as public water and sewer there are specific sections that are equiped at this time. Are you looking for a nice community that is not overly restricted that has public water and sewer?
