what are the maintenence fees & property taxes?

Hello J Hannes

The 2007 property taxes were $3,988 based on an assessed value of $198,170. The monthly maintenance fees are $544 and the condo association application fee is $100. This property was recently reduced in price by $20,000 and it has been on the market for just over 4 months. According to the property records, the existing owners have owned the unit since 1989.

This condo is not for sale and this figure represents the monthly cost to rent the unit. There are identical units for sale in the property starting at $1.89 million.
