have lived on Hilton Head now for 9 years and I have to say that I can not imagine living anywhere else. This is a wonderful place to call home with excellent amenities, great schools, hardly any traffic, little to no crime and wonderful people to call friends.

AJ - Maureen is right about the sales history of this particulr unit. However, there is another unit on the market for $30,000 less that is an estate sale, not a short sale like this one. I personaly own a unit on the other side of the Sea Pines circle that is the exact same foorplan as these and I have it agressively priced at $134,000 and the unit was completely remodeled just 3 years ago. Your money is best invested in an area with limited land resources and Hilton Head Island SOuth Carolina is only 12 miles long and is home to some of the most affluent people in the country. If you would like more information about this area, please feel free to write or call. Your best bet is oceanfront proeprties for sort term rental income. - Tue Aug 12 2008, 10:46
I am a Resort Market Specialist for the Hilton Head Area REal Estate Market. That does not mean that I do not handle additiona areas on and around the island, it just means that my primary focus is on properties that are predominatley walking/biking distance to the beach.

We have a wonderful son named Connor who is 18 months old now who is just the absolute love of our life. If any ofyou have childrn then you know exactly what this means and how it also means you really dont have much time for anything ele. However, I do get in a round of golf a couple of times each month and we are now able to take Connor out to the beach alot more now that he is getting a little older.
I still love to cook since I went to Culinary School it is still a passion of mine.
