I have bad credit but, I make 75000 a year.

Do you enough down payment (maybe 10 - 15%)??? If so, I have several listings with owner financing. I am a SC realtor and have been successful with closing clients on my listings with owner financing. I agree, you should try to do credit repair ASAP. Most of those doing owner financing are requesting a 1 - 5 year balloon note with payment amortized over 30 years. Let me know if I can help - Sat Aug 2 2008, 11:10
