In 1999, Bryan entered Real Estate. By 2002, he had formed his own company and by 2007 had grown it to seven offices with nearly 400 agents.
His sales career was blessed with hundreds of successful transactions for clients, friends and family – and thousands of transactions as a Broker. His background includes coaching more than 100 agents to success in the real estate business, investing in a suite of commercial property, residential rentals and land. He has also served as the Managing Member for over 10 Investment Companies formed by local investors in the community and is a current member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
Bryan also serves on the board of directors for Agratech International as a local advisor in South Carolina. Agratech is a biotechnology firm based in Delaware.
Bryan and his wife Mackenzie are both in real estate sales. Both dedicate their time and purpose to raising their son, Brandon and spending time with their two Jack Russells, Raven and Austin. They have a deep passion for cruising and boating and have family ties in several cities in the South, from Charleston to Atlanta, Memphis and Nashville.
Bryan’s passion for sales and client-service is what brought him back to the frontier of our industry. Simply spoken: “It’s what I’m best at doing.” He goes on to say, “There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a family move into a new home (or sell their current one) and have a successful transaction that ends with a smile on everyone’s face.”
There are very few Realtors in the Real Estate Industry that possess the knowledge and experience of Bryan Crabtree. That’s why he is dubbed, “The Real Estate Expert.” When you are buying or selling a property, you’ll do better if you put The Expert on your side!

"“Bryan is one of the brightest young minds that I have ever met. His business vision is excellent and he has proven to me time and time again to be a strong leader when the enviroment around isnt "smooth sailing". I also consider Bryan of solid personal character, not afraid to vocalize his position even if it will run against the "popular belief".” July 12, 2008"

There are a lot of great deals in that price range now. Particularly if you want a condo or townhome - there are some great 2 and 3 bedroom homes in Mount Pleasant and West Ashley. If you'd like to research them on our website, go to
http://www.housedog.com. Also, there are even deals in Mount Pleasant (where a lot of folks who work at MUSC live), for great townhomes and condos. If you'd like some help or a full relocation package, please email me at bryan@housedog.com or call 843-343-4141.

My wife and I work with several banks. Visit bryancrabtree.point2agent.com or housedog.com on our featured listings tab and you can find a pre-listing selection of bank owned homes. Go through our main search to see the homes currently listed. If you'd like to discuss how bank owned homes and the process works, call us at 843-452-6225. - Mon Oct 27 2008, 20:05
With 20-25% down and no derogatory credit, there are still plenty of good loans. I would highly recommend you talk to a mortgage officer first, but Ideally, if you can qualify for a 20% loan and put the remaining cash on your student loans, that would be the most financially responsible. This way, you still won't have MI charges added to your loan. We have some fabulous bank properties just available in Mount Pleasant under $150k. Visit our site at housedog.com or my listing site at bryancrabtree.point2agent.com. Call me if you'd like to discuss. 343-4141. - Mon Oct 27 2008, 20:09
You typically find agents that specialize in this sort of property. Ideally, it's good to get "on their list" to be called when a new property comes available. Typically, the agent knows 3-4 weeks in advance that the property is going to be listed, but doesn't know the price. Based on comps you can get a good idea of what the property is going to be. In some cases, buyers are making $50,000, even $100,000 in equity walking in the door, depending on the bank's position. Our team works on these properties and we have a specialist in house that handles dozens of REO properties. Call 843-452-6225 to get on the list or visit cbunited.com/mackenziecrabtree. Click on the foreclosure tab. - Mon Aug 18 2008, 19:05
There are approximately 81 homes for sale in Rivertowne. It's been pretty slow from a relative perspective. However, 16 homes have sold since May. My office just listed one yesterday (bank-owned) that has had 16 showings today. That tells me that buyers are out there. Its a matter of price. In this market, its not as much the subdivision as it is the features and pricing of the home. If you have a nice home and we get the price right, you'll do okay. The biggest mistake is to have that home on the market for over 60 days. Our research shows that it lowers the net you'll receive. Call me at 843-343-4141 and we'll give you a free opinion of price. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 22:04
Well, the numbers here are all over the place. First off, the median income is a less of a factor for our market because there are a large number of people relocating and retiring here. These individuals typically are moving from areas where housing is much more expensive. As for 29401, that zip code happens to be the third most expensive zip code in the Nation, right up there with Palm Beach and Beverly Hills, according to a recent report. But, zip codes like 29483, 29485, 29445 and 29414 have great $175,000-250,000 homes. Use our quick search to learn more about the area. If you'd like, we can send you a free area information guide that will help you find the right area. Call me if interested: 843-343-4141 - Sat Jul 26 2008, 22:00
