"Dear Stephanie and Ashley, Nancy and I wanted to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your efforts. When I reached out via the web for someone to assist us with our search of the Charleston area from our home in Connecticut, you were the first to respond. And responding is an understatement. You immediately started to determine our needs and desires and in short order had every property that might work emailed to us for review. After a short time, you even had all new properties coming to market, that fit our criteria, emailed daily. This proved to be a huge benefit, given we needed to really get an understanding of the local markets and types of properties available and at what prices. Once we decided that it was time, we scheduled a trip to the area and you tag teamed us with two days of aggressive tours of the different towns and the availabilities within them. Because of your preparation, enthusiasm and your ability to identify quickly what worked for us, we were able to narrow the field to Mt Pleasant and a few properties there. In the same trip we made a decision on which to chase and you worked hard to negotiate a fair deal. Not only did you get a deal done for us, but even after we left, you were still working on our behalf to improve on the deal. The follow up you provided once we were gone and leading up to a closing was awesome! You took care of every item that you could and kept us informed at every turn. You lined up and stepped in for us on the Inspections, Attorneys and Landlords Improvements that needed to be made. Clearly you went well above and beyond the call! We would just like to say that we (and I am in the real estate business myself) have never been so impressed with someone’s desire to do whatever it takes to help the client get through what is typically a difficult and confusing time, especially from out of state. We like to think of you as friends now, not just our realtors in Mt Pleasant. We look forward to staying in touch as we enjoy our second home and vacations in the future.
