Hello! Debbie and Joetta both answered your question very well, however one note is that Sun City is quite a ways from the Ft. Mill/Tega Cay immediate vicinity that you mention. Four Seasons at Gold Hill is the premier 55+ community and Calloway in Tega Cay, although not limited to 55 and over is another great consideration, as the single family homes are one level and many folks who have lived in Tega Cay over the years have downsized to Calloway, given their desire to remain in Tega Cay....a strong statement for the lifestyle and friendly community that it is! Another consideration for you is a community called Avery Lakes in Fort Mill which offers a 55+ townhome neighborhood. They are 2 and 3 bedroom, single story attached homes in the low $100's. I have lived in Tega Cay for almost 30 years, so if you need additional information or would like a relocation package of information on Fort Mill and Tega Cay, please let me know! - Fri Jun 13 2008, 13:32
