I have lived in Raleigh for 10 years and love the area. After many years in the interior design business, I activated my real estate license. My specialties are 1st time homeoners and inside the beltline neighborhoods. Buying and selling properties is a serious business, but I like to inject some fun into the process. Call me and let's have some fun while making the most important decision of your financial life.
""Danny was truly an asset during all stages of the process. During both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home, I really felt that Danny was actively looking out for my best interests. I appreciated that he was really my voice throughout the process and never let anyone do ,say, or write anything that did not first and foremost consider my position or needs. Even more impressive, Danny has continued to be there to support me after the sale."

I understand your frustration. If I had to buy my house now, I could not afford it! There are still some neighborhoods that are affordable inside the beltline and in parts of North Raleigh. An agent with experience in these neighborhoods could be of great help in pointing out "bargains" on a daily basis via e-mail alerts. If you are interested in talking, go to

Emily,
I live 5 blocks from NC State and love the neighborhood. A single family in this area with a great school is tough in your price range, but I could show you some great townhomes with pool close by. Let me know if you would like more info.

Fred,
Moving to the Triangle with your job experience is a no brainer. Great climate and a diverse population make RTP one of the best areas in the US to live and raise a family. I would love to send you some info on the area.
Thanks,

You should check out my neighborhood in Raleigh. There are some deals around if you can do some fix-up to flip. I would love to show you that ones I think are bargains. - Wed May 7 2008, 09:01
One of my favorite things to do as an agent is to help 1st time home buyers. The excitement of owning your 1st place is contagious. I get as pumped up about finding the"perfect" spot as the buyer. On the sell side, my experience in design enables me to get a listing "magazine " ready before photos and showings. My listings always show like a model.
