Testimonials
"Thank you for all your patience and hard work. Your professional and diligent attitude helped me get the home I wanted. I'm very happy that you helped me and held my hand. If I ever hear of someone looking for a home, I will give them your name."

"Rachel kept my home at the forefront; always contacting buyer agents for follow-up. She gave it everything she had, and used all she could to get it sold. Rachel was very consistent and professional throughout (the) transaction; I can’t imagine how she could improve! Her greatest strength was persistence. I have already recommended her to my family, friends and associates."
Mary Jacke Sat Sep 1, 2007
"You have been a wonderful agent to our whole family and we were so fortunate to get to know you! Last but not least, thanks for helping sell our home and helping us with the purchase of our new home. You are a great person and for that my whole family is very appreciative to you. Without you, I don't think we could have done it."

"Believe me if I hear from anyone that they are looking for a house I am throwing (Rachel's) name out there. (She is) a great person to work with. Lance and I are very pleased."
Lance & Brandie Williard Tue May 1, 2007
"Thanks for all your hard work and efforts in selling my home. It was helpful to have your feedback and suggestions on ways to improve the presentation of (my) home. You always responded in a timely manner with answers to any questions. You are a true professional. Thanks for all the running you did to and from my office with closing documents. That was a true time saver for me. I would certainly recommend you as a REALTOR® to anyone who needs your services."
Patsy Maultsby Fri Jun 1, 2007
"We would like to acknowledge the outstanding workmanship shown to us during the sale of our home. With the real estate market being so saturated with REALTORs® we are grateful that we had one of the best. (Her) advise, accessibility and professionalism made our walk into unfamiliar territory a relaxing experience."

Hello Merri. Thank you for your questions. Try taking a look at the average DOM or days on the market for your area (within 5 miles). This should give you a good idea how long it takes a home to sell in your neighborhood. There are some neighborhoods in the 200 & 300 day area. That means it takes an average of just over 6 months to 10 months to sell a home in that area. This will at least give you a ballpark of how long it is supposed to take. However, we are in a challenging buyer's market and a Realtor can better help you understand these issues. Please feel free to call me or contact me through my website. I look forward to hearing from you. - Thu Jul 17 2008, 06:10
