Focus neighborhoods: Beach Borough and Shadowlawn (at the oceanfront), Shore Drive area (Ocean Park and Chick's Beach, Lynnhaven), Kempsville, Bayside and Bayville. In Norfolk, I specialize in the northern part of Norfolk: Ocean View and East Ocean View. Searching with a buyer sometimes entails stretching out from Virginia Beach and Norfolk nexus around the interchange of I264 and I64.
