Can anyone recommend a good buyer's agent for Ocean City?

Sherry answered:
I would love to help you with your purchase! I have years of experience with my clients successfully buying and selling homes in the Ocean City market. I live on this beautiful "island". I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. I'll do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I'm a full-time real estate agent - anything less and you'd be short changed. I'll use my connections throughout the mortgage industry to get you the best deals possible. You'll be my only client in the real estate transaction. I'll guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling a house, eliminating hassles and stress. As a standard business practice I preview homes as they become available, keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve. I won't waste your time - when an offer is made, I'll require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 to 48 hours. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention, as well as my web and e-mail resources. Check out one of my websites: - Thu Sep 4 2008, 12:04

Sherry answered:
This is really easy and smooth for you. Get a realtor referral from a realtor you know and like in your home area. Contact the realtor where you want to buy. Get a referral (or 3) for mortgage lenders in that area and contact the one you have the best comfort with. Answer their questions, get your letter emailed to you and your realtor. Then USE that mortgage broker for your loan! - Fri Jun 27 2008, 11:42
Sherry answered:
You can deal directly with the seller's agent as long as your realize the agent will be doing the best he/she can to get as much money from you as possible and the best terms for the seller (client he/she is representing). - Fri Jun 27 2008, 11:30
Sherry answered:
In my opinion the best time to buy is when the prices seem to have dropped and are stable. Mortgage rates always fluctuate and new types of financing are always in the works. Also refinancing with more equity and a shorter term is always good. People always think that they should wait for one or the other of these two things (lower mortage rates or lower prices) but just put off enjoying their property! - Fri Jun 27 2008, 11:25

I have worn many hats in my adult life! As a teenager I took pics of children with Santa and developed a love for photography. As a college student I worked front desk at a beach hotel and learned to love the ocean. After college I was an international flight attendant for a few years and learned to truly appreciate the U.S.A. Then a bank teller and learned to balance all things. Then a claims rep for a national insurance company and learned to drive carefully. Then an exercise instructor and learned the benefits of health. Then a parenting counselor and learned patience.
