We are full time Realtors.

We have seen 80% of the houses that have been for sale in Tredyffrin, Easttown and Radnor townships in the last 9 years.

We return calls and email promptly. We have a good knowledge of the market as we make it a point to see between 10 and 20 houses weekly. We know what houses and land are worth on the Main Line.



We sell houses on The Main Line and in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

We provide relocation support for those moving to the Main Line and surrounding areas, we have helped several customers from Bayer, Centocor, Geneva Global, Ikea, Lilly Pulitzer, Lord & Taylor, The May Company, Unbound Medicine and USTrust find and settle into their new homes.

Trudy Vandekar is an associate broker. She is an Accredited Home-Staging Specialist. Nick Vandekar is an Accredited Buyer Representative and e-PRO, a technology certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

Nick is actively involved in the Suburban West Realtors Association in several areas such as Realtor Association Education Panel, the Realtor Lawyer Committee, helping new Realtors make the best use of the Association and including working hard to keep the cost of real estate transactions down. He has recently been selected as a a director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.
