Seller Assist??

Brian,

Most loan programs, including FHA, allow for sellers assist. FHA allows up to a 6 percent sellers assist. If your deal is structured that way then most of the closing costs (if not all) are covered. FHA also has a low downpayment of 3 percent so you should be in good shape.

If you need a referrral of a FHA specialist, let us know. I would also pick an experienced and knowledgable realtor soon as well. We can refer you to someone on our team that specializes in Bucks County or refer you to someone in our network that is also a top producer. What part of Bucks County are you interested in ?

You can probably find out yourself by going to the BRT website.

Or, call your buyers agent. If you do not have one, find one. Your buyers agent will be the quarterback to lead you to find what you are looking for. The buyers agent can pull up on the tax records who the owner is.

Are you looking to purchase a property ? Many people want to buy abandon properties, but if they are not on the market, it does not matter.

A buyers agent can provide focus as well as what opportunites are available.

I think these sites are getting too many people excited when they see the prices. There should be some sort of qualification on the site that that is not going to be the list price if and when it goes on the market.

Ultimately, what happens is that too many consumers are going to be looking for "deals" that do not exist.
