"I have known you for 23 years; we began in real estate close to the same time. You eventually chose a different path than myself - management vs sales. I am still in sales and now, after three of our offices joined together, you are my Manager, which, in my opinion, makes me very fortunate. Currently you are managing an office that previously had two managers, and you're making it look so easy. You have many personal responsibilities in addition to the many professional duties you must fit into one day, yet I feel that you are very accessible for any problem I may run into day or night. Another plus our office has received since you became our Manager is your vast knowledge of computer technology.
