"When it comes to selling homes and the related marketing, Carmen DiBiase is a Pros Pro. She will get it done! Carmen has the best knowledge for selling a house in the Rockland County Region, of several major realtors that we have been involved with over the years. Her information is accurate and clear and will help you make the right decision, if the goal is selling your property. Honesty, dedication and non-stop perseverance are just a few of her attributes that were greatly appreciated during this difficult home market economy. Do not expect to hear flowery and useless stories, if you are trying to sell your house from Carmen. You will, however, receive accurate and important guidance toward your target. It is important to know, that we had experience with a competitor realtor recommended by friends of the family. Their information and methods were simply wrong and costly, delaying our selling target. At that same time, we also had spoken with Carmen, and her information (at that time) was close to a 100% accurate six (6) months prior to us signing a contract with Carmen.
