About Me
I made my foray into real estate working with a very well known company and developing an extensive knowledge of Westchester County. I have been a consistent top producer and recipient of the "Excellance in Sales" awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors. My decision to join Legends Realty Group, as an Associate Broker, was sparked by the unique model of the company and the desire to surround myself with the experience of other top producing agents. My determination, attention to detail and genuine approach is evident in the ability to recognize other peoples feelings while connecting with their interests, wants and needs. These attributes set me apart from the rest and have become my personal recipe for success.

In today's real estate market timing is everything. It is so important to stay vigilant in your search due to the amount of competition in the market. "With the selling of my home and the purchase of a new one, if it were not for you as liason between the people from both properties, both the sale and purchase never would have happened. From the initial contact you kept me posted via phone about everything. Whenever I called if you didn't answer, you got right back to me. Is Tappan Court in Tarrytown a nice complex? Is it difficult to resale property in this complex?

Hi, I am a Tarrytown Realtor. I think what people like the most about Tappan Court is its proximity to trains, bus, Tappan Zee bridge, shops, schools. These amenities make it a desirable complex. There are currently 3 units available at the moment and as with anything if priced right the unit will sell. These units have been on the market an avarage of 198 days between the three. Three units have also sold in hte past year, one of which was listed by my office and it closed within 107 days which is above average. The average days on the market between the three was 183 days. Hi Jonathan, From what I have read there is nothing that says they aren't. As long as it is a primary residence and the buyers first one. The tricky thing about the tax credit is it's really a loan paid back over 15 years with 0% interest.

Hi, Absolutely! 10% is usually the minimum, there are rare cases for 5% down. If you need help, I will gladly do a search for you on the MLS and send you listings. I can also help educate you on the guidelines most coop boards use for the approval process. The criteria is very important.

Dependning on what kind of info you are looking for Homefair.com is great for demographics, crime statistics, and other town info. Just imput the zipcode and the info will come up.

Another studio 550 sq ft sold this year for 186K, you bought when the market started to change. What is your sqare footage? Was it updated when you bought it? I'm not sure you necessarily overpaid but if you are thinking of selling it now you may not get what you paid for it. This is a very common scenario for the people that bought when you did and right before. Unfortunately many are not recouping updates they have made, etc. If you don't have to sell stay for awhile. Future buyers will look at what has sold recently and the one comp doesn't help your case. Again I would need to know the size and condition to really tell.
