Decent Towns with low Taxes.........does that exist?

These towns are slightly further out that 25 miles. Harding Township in Morris County and Bedminster Township in Somerset County are very desirable towns with good schools and very low taxes. That price point in Bridgewater is still selling as long as the property shows very well and does not have mitigating issues(power lines, flood zone, busy street, etc.). I agree with the previous answer that you should list it for sale and for rent. The rental market right now is pretty good so you can get a decent rent that may tide you over until the resale market turns around.
