I am going to be listing a house in Manalpan, it;s about 30 yrs old, very well kept, 5 bedrooms, its a Bilevel with a huge piece of property, big deck, built in pool. I think it will be priced around 499 - 520,000.

Again, very well maintained and low taxes.

Hi Mark,
I use to live in Marlboro, in fact I graduated Marlboro HIgh and I have seen tremendous change in that area. New homes were built during the 1980's & 90 and still today. The average price range for Marlboro / Morganville is between 450 and 600, the one good thing about the 3 bedroom homes is they have nice size lots. Hi , My Recommendation would be Tinton Falls, Middletown, LIttle Silver and Oceanport. These areas are well maintained and have an excellent school system. I think you will find it very accomodating to red bank.

Hi, Good questions, In today's market we are seeing houses of this nature moving faster and better then the homes 4 - 5 bedrooms. Aberdeen is a great location for people who commute to North Jersey or New York and with some good advertising the home can move rather quickly.

Hi Katie, Great questions. I work and live in Monmouth County and know the area very well. If you are looking for a good townhome, there are some duplexs in Tinton Falls , right off the Garden State Parkway and if you and your husband enjoy the jersey shore not too far. The particular duplexs I am thinking of are all 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, garage , basement, average price ranges from 350 - 395,000 with an association fee of $104.00 per month. You get a lot of home for your money,. In the complex are some very nice single family homes as well, which range in the same price range and are very well kept.

One of the nicest things about living in this area is the easy access to all the major roads, great malls, good schools and reasonable taxes.
