"“I just wanted to thank you for all your help in selling my unit at Eagle Ridge. I could trust and rely upon you helping me handle all the details of marketing, negotiating, selling and closing the sale. You were so smart about all the important items and patient & understanding about the not-so-important ones! You are a savvy business woman, and I would highly recommend you and your company to all my friends and associates when they are ready to sell!”"

"“I live in St. Louis, MO, and Jeanne recently sold a condominium for me in Verona. I have never had a better real estate agent! She did an excellent appraisal for me to find the best asking price. She kept me informed regularly of anything that she felt I needed to know. She answered my emailed questions immediately…even on nights, weekends & holidays. The photographic spreads, handouts, virtual tours on the Internet were the best! The condo sold in a reasonable amount of time right in the middle of the appraised price range. I could not have been happier, nor could I have found a better real estate agent than Jeanne Bongo!!"

Looking for a nj suburb with a commute to wall street of under 1 hr

Jeanne Bongo answered:
Hi David,

Sounds like the towns of Montclair or the smaller neighboring town of Glen Ridge might be a perfect spot for you. There are multiple train stations with direct service to Penn Station in NYC and ride is about 40 minutes. Montclair is culturally diverse, GREAT restaurants, and great school system. There are tons of NYC transplants here. I'd be happy to email you some listings in your price range....you can email or call me any time. JeanneBongo@Prunewjersey.com - Sun Aug 31 2008, 19:47

HI Genevieve,

Verona may be an option for you. It's the town right next to Montclair, but it's much smaller and has a cute downtown and a fabulous county park right in the middle of town. Crime is very low, and Verona High School ranked #47 in NJ Monthly Magazines top 100 high schools. I have lived in Verona my whole life...so I know it extremely well. If you'd like more info or want me to send you some lisitngs, give me a call 201-709-6186. - Sun Aug 17 2008, 10:56

North Caldwell does not have a station. I agree with Marc...only a couple of miles to the Little Falls station. From what I understand, parking isn't that big an issue there....and I think it's free. However, that train stops at the Montclair State station, so you could actually drive and park there to avoid one stop. It's probably about a mile or so further down the line. There is also a park & ride at Willowbrook mall if bus is an option. The buses run more frequently than the trains. You can get the full train schedules and all the stops at http://www.njtransit.com. - Fri Jun 13 2008, 04:34

HI Thomas,

Glen Ridge & Montclair have multiple train stations....about a 30 - 40 minute commute to NYC. Great Schools too...NJ Monthly Magazine ranked the top 100 schools in the state, and Glen Ridge came in at #10. Some other towns with bus access close by would be Verona, Cedar Grove, Caldwell's. All nice, family oriented towns with good school and close to NYC. If you are intersted in seeing a sample of some listings.....please contact me. - Wed Jun 4 2008, 15:02

Hi Stephen,

My partner, Gert Janett and I do a lot of business in Eagle Ridge and know the complex extremely well. The price of your unit will depend on it's condition and location within the complex. 3 bedroom units range from about $374,000 to over $500,000 if it's pristine and has a NYC view. We'd be happy to show you the comparisons and do a full comparative market analysis for you.....just give me a call or drop an email. Right now there are a total of 20 total units active on the market in Eagle Ridge, 11 of which are 3 bedroom models. There are 4 under contract, 2 of which are 3 bedroom models. - Wed May 14 2008, 17:24
