I am looking at buying a house in Bergen county. Is it wrong for me to use mutliple brokers if i am looking?

I had this happen to me a few times were my client is also using another realtor after I have shown them plenty of homes. My opinion is that any realtor has access to the same information. If you feel comfortable during business with them is another thing. If you don't feel comfortable with that one realtor be upfront and honest instead of working with two agents and wasting one of their realtors time. Chances are both realtors are going to be sending you some of the same listings anyway. - Mon Jul 14 2008, 20:40
