About Me
I have over 25 year experience in the real estate industry. As a Principal, Builder and Developer I have purchased and sold hundreds of properties and I have brokered many many other transactions.
In my soon to be published book "THE REAL ESTATE REVOLUTION" I demonstrate that the shift in focus from the real esate community has gone from seller centered to the current conflict filled sytem that focuses primarily on the buyers. This has left the Sellers at a disadvantage that can be corrected.

Hi Marian,

Beside the electricity your other issue is the log home. It puts your property in a specialty marketplace.
Take heart though, you wanted it and so will someone else but you need to relax your expectations.
Make sure you market towards the segment that will want such a property.

All the best,
