Thats a great question that has been haunting alot of folks....the answer unfortunatly NO ONE knows when the market will recover! Even in todays market your home will sell as long as everything is in place and you have the "correct marketing exposure!" Right now we are in the summer market and homes are moving....Keep you head up this could be your year!! - Mon Jul 7 2008, 09:00

Most of the time the bank does want them out...they can even offer "cash for keys" sometimes. Depending how far along in the process the forclosure is can make a differance. If you plan on buying a home at auction just make sure you do your homework ahead if time! If your looking for bank owned homes I can help also.
