There are many values out there. "Value" depends on your needs and wants, of course. If I knew more about those, I could find you the best value in the area's you are looking to move into. As Realtors, we take the burden and make the job seem simpler than it is. I suggest you stick with your current Realtor and lower the price as it's warranted. Yes, the market is tough, but not impossible. Average homesellers loose 12% selling it themselves. Use a pro and you will get the highest amount possible, even paying a brokers fee. - Wed Jul 16 2008, 08:32
