There are International Credit Checks, they can be a slow process, however. Establishing credit history here before moving may be advantageous, if you have time. We also found the foreign office , in your country, may arrange to notarize (perhaps through apostille for U S Institution requirements) anything you may need to bring to save time. The higher, the better, of course, except that risk might also increase with high rates; while the lower cap rate might give you greater appreciation.
